If you are not receiving our newsletters please follow these steps:

3. Contact our online support team and they will assist you with receiving our monthly newsletters.

No, it is best if you use the same account for all of your websites. It is
perfectly ok to use the same links for all of your websites.

What are the available commission types?

How do I change my personal account details?

In order to change your personal account details - login to your Affiliates United account,
click on the “Modify Account” tab, change the desirable details and click on the
“Update Info” button once you are done.

Commission Types
Which plan is better Revenue Share or CPA?
|
|
|
|
We would like to recommend our Revenue Share plan, as it has more advantages
to your potential earnings.
When choosing the revenue share option, you receive a share of your players’
losses for a lifetime, whereas CPA is a one-time payment.
Another major advantage to being on our revenue share plan is that your earnings
are not restricted to only one of our clients, but all of them.
For example, if your player makes a deposit in EuroGrand Casino followed by a
deposit in 32vegas Casino, you will benefit from both of these deposits (unlike CPA).
The amount of the CPA that you will receive is limited, whereas there are no limits
with Revenue Share.
Most of our most successful affiliates are using our revenue share plan and enjoy
limitless earnings."

Choosing the CPA program, do I get paid each time a player signs up at one of the casinos you promote?

A CPA plan is limited to your player’s first real deposit to only one of our clients.
You will not receive an additional CPA commission in case your player makes
a deposit in more than one casino or poker.

directly in your Affiliates United account. It's also available online here – This will assist you in
promoting our casinos and boosting your income.
- Banners – Simply navigate through the system and choose the banners that
you like. All clients, all sizes, all languages, all currencies are available.
- Rotating banners – This code is rotating our best converting banners, so you
do not have to worry about optimizing and checking banner performance – the system
is doing it for you! You can choose the client that you want to promote, and the size
of banner/language/currency – and simply copy the code to your site.
If you do not find the size of banners you want, or you wish to customize banners
according to your site and traffic type – please contact us and we will provide you
with any marketing tools needed.

How do I track my Traffic?

In your account you have the “Traffic Stats” option, where you can check your traffic performance
and conversion rates per casino. You can view the statistics for: the number of clicks, downloads,
sign ups, and real players that your banners generate. And most importantly – you can see how
much cash you have earned. The stats system is updated online on a 24/7 basis, so you always
know what is your current status.

How do I create a tracking code (profile)?

Profiles are used to track all the traffic sent by you. You can create new profiles in 4 easy steps:
- In order to open a new profile – Enter your account and click the ""Banner settings"" option.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ""create your own profile"" button. (note that you
already have several tracking codes there, which were created automatically by the system,
so if you wish to use them – just click the profile and copy the HTML code.)
- Enter all the info required and click the ""Create profile"" button.
- Copy the HTML code created and put on your web site attached to any banner/text you
wish to use.

Why can't I login into my account?

We would like to inform you that Microsoft has implemented in their new Service Pack 2,
a security level that disrupts cookies. This may be the cause of your login problem. In order
to solve it, please implement the following procedure:
- Go to toolbar and select Tools.
- Then select Internet Options.
- Then Select, Privacy.
- Bring the scale to the minimum ""accept all cookies""
This is the solution to your login problems and we apologize for any inconveniences.

Why don’t I receive E-mails from Affiliates United?

Every E-mail account provider has its own criteria as to what should be considered spam
We advise you to check your Junk or Spam folder regularly and in addition check the
definitions and make sure E-Mails from Affiliates United.com or casinopays.com are to be accepted.
* Please note that AOL account holders will not receive our E-Mails at all.
We advise you to use one of the free E-Mail service providers available such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail etc.

How do I view my CPL earnings?

Select the date you wish to review and click the “Go” button.

How do I optimize my US and none US traffic?
|
|
|
|
Log into your account and click on “Optimize your US traffic”.
Use the scripts to point US traffic to your other income sources.
The script is very simple to use and includes only minor changes to your website.

In the first 2 months you enjoy a 50% commission.
After the first 2 months you can choose between 2 commission plans:
- Revenue Share - Get percentaged from the Net Gaming Revenue You
will receive between 20% - 35% of the total Gross Rake collected from all the
players, according to either the numbers of players you bring (Table I) or by an
increase of your players’ total gross revenue (regardless of how many players) - Table II.
- CPA - One time payment for a depositing player you bring.

What is a Rake?
|

Every hand that is played in a poker room is charged a certain commission percentage
that the house collects. This is referred to as ‘Rake’. Every player that participates in a
certain round, is automatically deducted his/her Rake share in relation to the number of
people playing. This condition remains constant regardless of whether he/she has won
or lost the pot.

How do I get paid and what are the available payment methods?

We have four payment methods: Wire transfer, Neteller, MoneyBookers and WebMoney.
The minimum payout amount for WireTransfer transactions is $200.
However, payouts that are carried out through Neteller, MoneyBookerws and WebMoney
require a minimum of only $5.

How to change my accounts' payment method?

In order to change your payment method follows these steps:
- Log into your Affiliates United account and click on “Modify account”.
- Scroll down to “Payment method accounts” and click on “register new account”.
- Enter valid payment method details and click on “register new account”. Click O.K to confirm.
- Click on “Set default” to set this account as the default account in order to receive your payments on time.
- If you would like to remove one of your payment methods click on “Freeze”.
- Please make sure that the desired payment method appears first on the list of payment methods. If this is not the case, click on the "Details" of the desired payment method and then click on "Set default".
